Keeping your system well-maintained, changing filters regularly, and maintaining proper humidity levels (45-55%) also help. We can assess your system and recommend the best approach for your home.
For most homes, we recommend a filter with a MERV rating between 8 and 13. Higher MERV ratings capture more particles but can restrict airflow if your system isn't designed for them. The ideal indoor humidity level is between 45% and 55%.
